• Orders may not exceed $999 per year (pre-tax and shipping). 
• Free shipping with orders of $90 and above. 
• Pricing and product availability under this program are subject to change without notice. All sales are subject to our Terms of Sale. 
• It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and adhere to local and state laws and regulations regarding the ownership and carry of knives. Gerber is not responsible for a buyer's use or misuse of any product purchased through this program. 
• No returns allowed. Do not return product to your local store. This does not affect any rights you may have under Gerber's standard product warranty. All warranty requests should be directed to Gerber here. 
• Your account is for your personal use only. Do not discuss this program or your special pricing with retailers or other third parties. 
• Buyer shall not resell or divert Gerber product purchased through this program for profit, through any channel. Violation may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, and any other remedies available to Gerber. 
• Pro accounts are strictly monitored. This program is a benefit extended at Gerber's discretion. Breach of these guidelines may result in immediate and indefinite account suspension, with no obligation to fulfill pending or future orders. 
• Information collected to verify eligibility is handled in accordance with Gerber's Privacy Policy.
