Around here the two go hand in hand. Because the truth is, a Gerber isn't a Gerber until it's got a few (or a few hundred) stories under its belt.
Hi dear people at the Gerber company. We recently bought 27 Gerber multi-tools from your company and they are being used every day or night. We lead convoys through Taji and Baghdad every night. The other night we were leading a convoy of 30 tractor trailer trucks to Baghdad when one of our hummers went down. And wouldnÕt you know when it broke down was the most dangerous section of the whole trip.
When we get out to hook up our tow bar we could hear gun shots not too far off and we were hurrying as fast as we could but the cotter pin was stuck in the pintle hitch. I took out my Gerber and took out the cotter pin with the pliers on the Gerber. This tool actually could have saved our lives.
Thank you for a good tool. I would like to have one of your lock blade knives too. Thank you.
